Hi Shawn,
Yep, you're about 60 over. I gave you some more bandwidth, so maybe that will get you through till a new cycle starts. :)

Could you please explain what that cycle means?
With the extra bandwidth i just bought, why am i runnning out already?
Do i only get so much per month?
Is it possible to exchange the disc space for higher bandwidth?

Hi Shawn,
Your bandwidth allotment is 3G (3,000 MB) per month. I can't imagine why you're using so much. Music would do it, but you said all the music was linked to, not on your site. So that just leaves a whole lot of traffic downloading your pages to view them. Iverson must be pretty popular. :)
Usually no one needs that much bandwidth unless they have a huge website, probably with databases... that is why there is 200 MB web
space with that hosting plan as well.
We try to work with everyone to give them what they need at reasonable cost; sometimes we need to customize a hosting plan. It looks like that may help, so I will add 1G of bandwidth and take off 100 MB web space.
You should still have plenty of space. If that does not work, I can sell you extra bandwidth for $3 per G, or in 5G blocks @ $12. Let's see how this goes, and try to see what is using so much. Check your traffic stats too.

Ok, Thanks Helen. This should work.
Thanks Helen....
Geez....iversonsource.com must be a Hit!
Shawn even said he is in the search engines heaven too.
Maybe you guys ought to barter a RSH logo banner on his site?
Hope All had a Great Thanksgiving,
Ron

What Ron? You mean he doesn't have one? I can sure get one for him if he wants it... one for your site too! :)
No, here's what i meant:
Barter: barter·er n. - an equal exchange; To trade (goods or services) without the exchange of money, for bandwidth.

I knew what you meant Ron. :)
Actually we don't barter... just try to do what we can when clients
need us. Some like to put a button or link because we do give personal
attention and often make concessions where we can. But a link is never
seriously requested and is certainly not required on any site, no matter
how much or little the price is. :D
