I know that there have been some great articles written by forum
members, and some more "just waiting to be written". We would like
to post them all for everyone to share, enjoy and learn from.

So we're starting it off. If you look under the "Internet Marketing" topic
on the Webmasters Idea Bank page, you'll find some articles written by
Fred, Josh and me so far. We need your articles too - they don't need to
be on Internet Marketing!

There is also a link to an article submission form so that you can add
yours too. There are MANY categories for article content types, so you
can write about any subject you like. We can add other categories if
none of these are suitable for your subject... just let us know. :)

Your resource box (Author's Bio) will go at the end of the article, which
should include your email and/or website address, so that people can
contact or visit you. That is also where any relevant affiliate links should
go, not in the body of the articles.

If you give permission, your articles may end up in our ezine or other
ezines, possibly even on other websites needing content. This could be
very beneficial to you in getting the word out about you and your site. :)

Check it out and add yours :!:

I just thought I'd throw out another benefit for others who may be interested in submitting articles here:

Search engine spiders!

Yep, those creepy crawlies discover these links back to your site. And those links help your search engine rankings! So if you're looking for links, this works very well.

Another thing. I can say, first-hand, that Helen will post your article even if it's not what you consider a masterpiece. (Thanks, Helen :D )

Very good point, Josh. These are exceptional links for the engines. You
never know where they will turn up, either! Many people keep an archive
of their and other peoples' articles on their site.

This not only gives you links to your site, but if you do it too, it adds a
variety of content to your site, giving you more keywords to be found
with in searches.

No one ever seems to think their own writing can be a masterpiece, but
your articles are proof that they are to others. :)

Helen, would you be comfortable for me writing a sports article? Please don't be afraid to say no, lol. I will understand if you say no.

Shawn, I posted a reply to you and somehow it got lost. Maybe I forgot to
hit the submit button, LOL Sorrrrry!!

Of course! A sports article would be great! I don't recall if there is a sports
category yet, but go ahead and submit your article in the form whenever
you're ready. Just select "Other" in the drop down list if sports is not listed.

Who's next? Poetry is fine too, just as long as you wrote it yourself. :D

I have an article I submitted to another ezine, but unfortunately they did not use it cause it didn't quite fall under the category. It's one Fred helped me out with a while back.

You're welcome to use it.

HI Jan,

You can use the "Submit Your Article" link under the "Internet Marketing"
topic (I will move it to a more general topic later) on the Webmaster Idea
Bank page, http://ideabank.rightstuffhosting.com/

-OR-

You can email it to webmaster@rightstuffhosting.com

A Note: The article submission form is designed to make it easy for us
to "grab it and go", making it easy for us to quickly put into its own web
page. HOWEVER, that is mainly in case we get a LOT of articles to put
into web pages at once. That is why text needs to be 60 characters or
less per line, which may be a pain if not already formatted that way.

So sending it to us via email may be the easier way to do it, since we will
probably not be overwhelmed like that here, as sometimes happens on
our ezine website. Please feel free to use either method. :)

I recently moved that form here from one of our other sites. I just tested
it again to be sure we receive the articles and it was fine. The reason I
did this is because someone submitted and no article showed up... I guess
maybe it was someone examining how it works... at least I hope so. But
as I say, it DID just work fine for me.

We're looking forward to adding your articles for everyone to enjoy! :)
THANK YOU for sharing :!:

Got them Jan. :)

I'll have them up sometime tonight or at least by morning. Thanks again.

Hey Y'all... I've only had time to skim over them so far, but I can tell
you already, they are informative, heart-touching and more. Be sure
to see them!

If anyone missed my form problem post:

When submitting your articles, please put the Title at the beginning
of the article content. JUST DON'T STOP SENDING YOUR ARTICLES. :)

Meanwhile, I'm trying to figure out why that line (Title) does not show
up in the email that the form sends me. Has to be some little thing that
I overlooked in the code. I'll let y'all know when I get it right. :|

Ps... if anyone missed it in the other post, the problem is fixed thanks to Mary B and it works just fine now :)
