I love that phrase, Flash ho! That is exactly where I am right now... well, the string is very thin as the internet connection does not seem to stay long.

The tin can is definitely crushed... they finally decided I need a new hard drive, after reformatting this one made it worse, if that is possible.

Anyway, just wanted to tell everyone to send your emails to webmaster@rightstuffhosting.com Fred will be sure to get it there and if online, so will I.

This should last about 3-7 days... takes that long for a tech to bring a hard drive and install it.

If I can't get online, I sure will miss you guys! :D

First, they replaced her monitor, then they replaced her DVD, then they tell her if she reformats her HD all will be well in paradise. I'll bet the next thing will be the motherboard. She has a warranty from Circuit City that says after 3 calls and problem not solved, they will replace the computer Well??????????????? :angry1:

I would ask to speak to the head of Customer Service and make them replace the CPU and I would pay the difference for an upgrade. ::argue1:

Then again - she is smart. She could have them make all the changes in equipment and then buy a new computer and use this one as a backup because it will have all new parts.

Smart cookie! :D

Sounds to me like they have no idea what's wrong and are just guessing.
