:D no need to worry, It's only math :D

If you will notice, every time the page reloads, new symbols appear. For example, look at the 0 in the bottom right hand corner. This symbol will always appear in the glass ball.

When you add up the numbers and then subtract, the possible answers will always be: 0,9,18,27,36,45,54,63,72,81 Hey man that's the nine times table! Sometimes they throw in the symbol used for the nine times table randomly at other numbers as well. For example if the symbol is a squiggly line, the nine times tables will have squiggly lines plus maybe a random number like 10 or 14.

The reloading of the page with different symbols leads you to believe that it is somehow reading your mind, when actually it is just reloading a different symbol for the nine times table. So, instead of a squiggly line, this time it will use some other wizzard like symbol.
