LOL LOL LOL
You can do that in Photo shop, Corel and others, maybe in psp v8? I don't have v8, so can't ck.
You can also cheat in any program using the blur tool, layers and layer transparency.
And of course my Mothership Tools.

What is an antialias?
It sounds like the refusal to take a false name.
Unfortunately, this is a serious question. I've never heard the term.
And who is the pretty girl in the pictures? (You know how Dusty feels about you running around, now!)

The pretty girl is my Aunt Alias. She is my woodworking assistant/apprentice. She does all the finishing plus gets roped into modelling for woodworking tuts, videos and drawing classes.
antialias is basically smoothing from the image/text colour into your background colour using alpha (transparent) pixels and blending colours to the image and BG. PSp comes with get help files and once you skim those and do a few tutorials, this will make sence. Holler if you want a list of psp help sites, most of mine are out dated, but I'm sure Dusty or someone has some.
Have you downloaded it yet? You'll love it. It has great support, is really powerful and compared to other image editing software, easy to learn.

Thanks for the explanation Flashho, and the sites, Crystal.
I've been debating whether to download PSP or order the CD Rom.
1. If I download the trial, is that likely to make difficulties when I load from the CD Rom? For some reason, I could swear that I've heard there were problems with that. (I think the CD version is a good idea because it comes with a whopping manual).
