Horde to replace Neomail

Important Announcement:

We are switching to Horde Mail very soon as it is more
secure and has more features than Neo Mail has. You
may have noticed the addition of Horde when checking
your Neo Mail. Horde offers a calendar, an address book,
memos, task list and more!

PLEASE...
1. Start using Horde NOW to open mail, send mail, save
addresses, etc.

2. Copy what you want to keep that is stored in Neo Mail
NOW, as it will soon be deleted.

3. We don't have an exact date when Neo Mail will be shut
down. You probably have at least two weeks.

But to be safe, so that you won't lose whatever is now
stored in Neo Mail (old emails, addresses, etc. that you
want to keep), Please START SAVING those things and
using Horde NOW instead of Neo Mail.

Of course, you can use NS mail, Incredimail, Outlook or
whatever to read, but if you use Neo Mail, anything that
is there will be gone when it shuts down.

That said, we know you are going to LOVE Horde Mail. :)

Please ask any questions you have about this or for any
"How To's" on the forum, so that everyone can benefit.
We will be putting this announcement there as well.

Cpanel systems have said they are going to phase out neomail, I suggest clients also phase out their usage of that program, ensure you save any email addresses, all emails which are in inboxes will automatically show up in horde inbox, but sent items or other custom folders may not.

I know you are also using squirrel mail, please avoid using squirrel if you can, we have had previous issues with that program, horde is a very well programmed and supported webmail program, if any client finds they have an issue logging into horde

Just an update on this

Because horde, neomail and other similar programs used by cpanel systems which we use change so often, we have purchased a stable webmail program for all clients to use, its called atmail or @mail

You can access any of your email accounts through the new webmail at this address http://www.clientwebmail.com all you need is your email address username, website name and email address password, you don't need to put anything in the mailserver box, maybe choose the simple browser login at first to see how quickly it loads for you, those on faster connections may appreciate the Advanced or Ajax logins.
