Clearing the Address Bar

How can I clear the address bar on the computer at work? I had permission to use it, but I want to clear the address/history.

Hi Jan! Go to Tools/Internet Options and there, you can both delete cookies/temporary internet files; and, your history.

Sometimes you have to re-start your puter for it to fully take effect.

you may also want to clear cookies and temp internet files to erase your footprints.
