It's not cooperating. No matter what I do, I can't get it to show up.

I tried and got errors when trying to load from my hard drive. I did get it to work when I selected to get an Avatar from another URL and from the Gallery. I need to fifure out why it won't work from your puter.
Has anyone here posted an Avatar from their hard drive?. I kept getting errors saying the file must be less than 6.4k The problem is the file was 4k and I was still getting the message. Also, size has to be no larger than 150x150. I increased the max to 10,000 bytes - still no luck :x

I can't load an avatar from my computer. I got the following warnings. Looks like maybe the permissions are not set right. My avatar was only 5K!

When I try to get one from my server with a URL, it says that "Profile Has Been Updated", but when I come in here, the image doesn't show up. Just an "x". I even cleared my cache and refreshed the page. Nothing.
The only way I can put up an image now is to use one of the avatars from the gallery.
Here's the one I'm trying to put up:

Karen, Can you upload on your forum from your hard drive? What about the other options? I can choose from the Gallery and Link to offsite URL. I cannot upload on the other two options. :(

Hi Fred,
Funny you should ask. When that happened to me here, I hurried over to see if it was something in the forum script itself. Whew! Nope! I can upload fine on mine ... from server and hard drive. Didn't test the "from the Internet" option because I doubt that anyone would use that and I had nothing to upload from.
Ya know? That warning stuff looks an awful lot like the stuff I was getting on my auction that turned out to be like two extra line spaces in one of the files of the program. I remember those "heading" warnings. The permissions thing may just be that the folder does not have the correct permissions set.
