how do i make a circle in photoshop?

Hey i saw a wallpaper that had a circle on it and was wondering how do you make a circle in photoshop?

Hi Shawn,
In the tool bar, in upper right corner, you'll see a dotted rectangle, right click that and you will see an ellipse and something else. click ellipse and drag it on to the stage. It is "selected" use paint bucket to fill it or other tools for other options. then deselect it. hth

that should be upper left corner in tool bar
