Hi Folks! :)

Just in case anyone didn't get this email tonight, I'm putting it here as well.

Hi, Good News! :)

First, we appreciate your business and you deserve our very best!

So, in addition to our usual personal service/support... RightStuff Hosting
is still growing and we're still making sure that your websites are running
on top server equipment.

You probably won't even notice when it happens, but we're migrating to a
newer and better server/data center with all the latest updates, including
a better server management company, better tech support and more.

Your websites will not be affected and should not experience any
downtime at all. This migration will only take a few hours and will take
place sometime between the morning of Tuesday, October 26th -
Thursday, October 28th.

During the actual few hours of the migration, FTP will be disabled, so that
no website updates will be lost during that time. If you can not upload
during this time, just try again later.

All that we need you to do is:

Check Your Upload Setting Now If you use an upload client like WSftp, etc.;
Make sure this line is set correctly to:

HostName/Address: your_domain_name.com
(no .www, no .ftp, no http://; and DO NOT use any server IP numbers)

Resellers:

Be assured... nothing about your accounts or client accounts will be
disturbed, other than the short time FTP is disabled. We will advise you of
your new IP #s to change to at your registrar soon after the migration is
complete.

A reminder... You should always give your nameservers to your clients
without the numbers. If you have done that, clients will be fine and not
need to update anything at their registrar now or later.

As always, we're delighted to have you with us and will continue to take
good care of you. Just email us if you have any questions.

Fred and Helen

Sounds Good!

Any new features on the new server?

We've been on an EVI 1.7 celeron, Dual 60G hard drives, 700G bandwidth, CPanel/Fantastico; separate server management.

The new server is 2400 AMD processor, 1 GB RAM, dual 120 GB hard drives, CPanel/WHM/Fantastico (The Fantastico will be the full compliment), fully managed server arrangement. (This tech support is excellent and much faster replies than the server manager we've had before.... BIIIIGGGG Plus!)

We'lll still have 15 minute FTP time, Image Magic/Perl Magik and everything else as before, except updated for latest versions.

Any particular new features you'd like to see? I'll see what we can do for you. :)

Nope, not today. I'm not having any problem getting into your FTP with WSftp LE. Must be your ISP. :)
