This is only the shell, not actual content yet and the forum link and contact link are not active. In products, only top left 2 are active. As always, curious about load times. Does the custom cursor function ok? Or is it too jittery? Can you scroll the text boxes with ease or do you have to squint to locate the hit area? Too much movement, colour shifts?
Could you tell me your system specs ( processor speed, ram, monitor size, resolution ) and your connection? Also, what you had for breakfast this morning?
and the url is

Thanks!!
Ok - site loaded instantly and colors are a good pick. the effects are great and only enhance the visitor's experience. Broadband - Athlon Thunderbird - 512RAM - 17"LCD screen - 1024/768 I had a bowl ot Total with brown sugar because my wife said no eggs and hash browns today - bummer.

You already got most of my thoughts on this...........
Cursor is cool, suits this site great, really effective........
Text boxes scroll great, no problems there.........
Loading fast, as you know, I'll get a Mac check done later........
The cursor is really smooth, flows away, realistically.....leave it as it is!!!
All the movement/animations add to the site & show great product knowledge which can only work for the site & client...
(I'd maybe centre it in a single cell table for 800x600, but thats just my (current lol) preferred choice, it changes often)
Broadband, P4, 512, 1024, 19" big fat Mac Monitor
Cheese & Spinach pastry's (nice), 1 jug of Coffee, 4 Benson & Hedges (wife's still in bed), 1 Marlboro' Light & a Partridge in a Pear Tree........Okay I was getting carried away with the Partridge.........

Cheese and spinich, now that sounds good! Total, hmmm... think Shane got this one.
I forgot to throw it into a liquid table or a centered table, but will, glad you reminded me. I'm getting mixed reviews on cursor, so will hold until I get more opinions from users on older comps.
"contact" will be working tonight.
Thanks!

WOW! Loads instantly on the 56K can and string. I like the cursor. I think it really fits the feel of the site. The one question I have is ... Do you need a splash page that leads to a loading page and THEN to the site? Could not the loading indicator be on the homepage so that you didn't have click an enter-type thingie yet again? Seems redundant.
I KNOW, I have to be a pain. I just like to give people the first impressions that I get. Might mean something ... might mean that my meds need to be adjusted. Eh, did I say meds? I mean glasses.
Great job, Richard (as always). Athlon 4, 56K modem, 15" monitor, 1024 x 768
Breakfast? Never heard of it. I have a can of Slim Fast in the morning.

That is a good point! The splash is needed to make sure they have latest player ( could have checked automatically, but that gets confusing ), but I don't need the "continue" button at all! Glad you pointed that out. thanks
After you got into site, did you see anymore "loading " things? there is one that preloads the "spray text", but I don't know if it is needed.

Nope, I never saw it...........
& I like the cursor, don't always like them, but it suits this as the spray gun is hand held...............if that makes sense.....

Only on the first page where you have your "blah, blah" narrative, that loader appears for a split second and disappears ... and that's on my slow 56K, so I'm sure that anyone with anything faster would see nothing at all. And, it's such a split second thing, that it almost appears like a shadow from the loader on the page before. By the time you have time to think about it, it's gone. np.
I have a dumb question again. Rich... the last time I went to one of your sites, I was prompted to install and run the Flash Player 6, and I opted to do it. The problem is.... I'm STILL being prompted to do it. I got prompted again just now when I went ot check your site.
Any ideas why, anyone? Am I doing something wrong?

No, it isn't you. MM keeps updating the player to accomodate pda and cell phones and to correct a bug. Latest player is 6.047, and you need at least 6.029 to view this site. I think 029 came out in Aug., so if you haven't after Aug, you will need to DL again.
Or, as just discovered today on a friends comp, sometimes it is neccessary to delete flash 5 player , then install 6 if you didn't save 5 in the MM directory, it will not overwrite 5.
Thanks for looking, let me know if you get in or still have troubles.
Ok, maybe cursor will stay. LOL
Shane - I spent hours getting that loader in spraymask, as I'm faking a gradient mask ( a workaround) and preloader threw off all co ordination of frames, 4 mc's have to run in synch. Grrr..., it isn't even needed.
Thanks, Rich. It was just a few weeks back when I downloaded it the first time. I remember that then, it took a few minutes to download and "go". this time, I opted to install and run it again, and then it began to play almost instantaneously. Do you think I need to get rid of the old one? Is this situation similar to your friends?
I have to say that I'm a member of the "lose the cursor club". Just MHO, but I can't stand that! One time, I accidentally installed a destop theme (in the olden days) and my curor became this little twiggy-branch thing. I HATED IT! And... since I was "new" to the whole realm of things, it took me forever to find out how to turn it off! LOL!
My breakfast consisted mainly of what Shane had, less the cheese and spinach. Add a Pepsi or two, though!

Loaded in about 8 sec. 56K - 7.82 GB - 17" - 800 x 600.
It must be what I had for breakfast - I ate out, 32oz. diet pepsi @ 7/11, but the curser didn't work for me. It was there, kind of worked and then didn't. It was hard clicking/getting the menu to work. I liked the colors and set up tho.
Somebody woke me up too soon this morning. I thought the house was on fire...all the smoke.
And I only go to the 7/11 to check out the guys.
What did you have for breakfast?

Hi Dj, if my movie worked, you could just leave player5 where ever it is. Yes, if you saved it as, instead of just opened it on Dl, most likely, it got saved to your last open doc, not MM folder. If it works, just leave it. it is only a 300k file anyway. Richard
Dusty, thanks for looking. I'm afraid custom cursor requires 100% of the cpu, so will stall out if too much is going on. This is what I was afraid of, so I will toss it.
all the smoke?? Benson and Hedges? lost on that one!
I'll look for you the next time I hang at the 7/11.
breakfast - caffine , injected.
